Content governance
Editorial Policy
This policy explains who creates Meiting Garments content, how factory-process input is reviewed, what evidence can support a public claim, and how guides are updated.
How content is created
Meiting Garments guides begin with a buyer decision, a production question, or a documented sourcing problem. Edmond, Business & Production Coordination, is the named editorial owner. Each guide is reviewed against the production route described on the page.
Named technical review
The Meiting Sample Development, Production & QC Team is the technical reviewer for published manufacturing guides. Review covers the production sequence, buyer approval points, capability boundaries, and whether the evidence shown supports the claim made.
Factory-process input
Sample development, production, sourcing, and QC teams contribute process boundaries, approval points, and risks. Public factory images are captioned according to the operation visible in the asset and are not used as proof of unrelated capacity or customer results.
Evidence and claim boundaries
First-party process knowledge may be used for Meiting workflows. Industry-wide or regulatory facts are checked against authoritative sources where practical. Supplier certificates, sample tests, customer outcomes, timing, MOQ, and compliance claims are limited to their documented scope.
External sources
When a guide uses external facts, the preferred sources are official standards bodies, regulators, certification issuers, and primary documentation. Competitor websites may be used only to describe their public positioning and must not be treated as independently verified performance evidence.
Updates and corrections
Core guides display a reviewed or updated date only when a traceable editorial record exists. Material changes to business facts, production routes, or evidence trigger a page review. Corrections are made at the affected section instead of silently expanding an unsupported claim.
AI-assisted drafting boundary
AI may assist with organization, language, or consistency checks. It does not approve business facts, invent factory experience, create customer results, or replace technical review. Published manufacturing claims must remain within Meiting's verified knowledge and evidence boundary.
Buyer-first commercial boundary
A guide may link to a relevant Meiting service or RFQ only after answering the buyer's question. Search terms, internal distribution instructions, scoring notes, and unpublished business records are not part of customer-facing content.
