Uploaded files and technical packs remain the responsibility of the submitting party. Production work should only commence after written confirmation of scope, approved specifications, and commercial terms.

A quotation is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Changes to quantities, size or color splits, fabric, trims, artwork, decoration, packaging, testing, delivery terms, or the approval route may require a revised quotation or schedule. A website statement or preliminary conversation does not replace the final written scope for a specific order.

Samples are development and approval tools. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the agreed fit, measurements, materials, colors, artwork placement, labels, packaging, and other specified details before bulk approval. Revisions requested after an approval or after material commitment may affect cost and timing and must be confirmed in writing.

The submitting party must have the right to use any trademarks, artwork, designs, photographs, technical files, or other intellectual property supplied for review or production. Meiting Garments may decline material that appears unauthorized, unlawful, unsafe, or outside the confirmed manufacturing scope.

Shipping method, delivery basis, customs responsibility, inspection scope, acceptance criteria, and remedies for a production issue must be defined in the applicable quotation, purchase order, or separate agreement. General website content cannot account for every product, destination, or compliance requirement and should not be treated as a guarantee for an unreviewed project.

For any binding production engagement, a separate written agreement or purchase order confirmation should be executed between both parties before manufacture begins. If website information conflicts with a signed project document, the signed document for that project controls to the extent of the conflict.
