Apparel sampling that makes bulk production easier to control.
Sampling should answer production questions before money is committed to bulk. We use sample rounds to confirm fit, materials, construction, decoration, labels, packaging, and quality standards.
MOQ Guide
Sample quantity is usually one or a small number of pieces per design. Bulk MOQ is confirmed separately after material and production route are approved.

Materials
Sampling can include fabric swatches, lab dips, trims, labels, embroidery strike-offs, print strike-offs, fit samples, size set samples, and pre-production samples.
Lead Time
Simple samples often take 10-15 business days after details are confirmed. Special fabrics, custom trims, washing, or complex decoration can extend the sample cycle.

Each step is designed to reduce production risk before bulk starts: missing specs, fabric readiness, fit approval, quality checkpoints, and export handoff.
Review brief, tech pack, measurements, reference samples, fabric direction, and artwork.
Create proto or fit sample and record construction, fit, and material feedback.
Revise measurements, materials, trims, labels, or decoration as needed.
Approve pre-production sample as the standard for bulk production and QC.
Quality Control
QC standards are defined before bulk starts.
Sample QC checks measurements, construction, fabric handfeel, shrinkage risk, decoration placement, labels, packing method, and consistency with the intended bulk standard.
Typical use case
A designer has sketches and a target fit. We build the first sample, document fit comments, revise the pattern, and create a pre-production sample for bulk approval.

A tech pack helps, but it is not always required. We can start from reference samples, sketches, photos, and target measurements, then document missing details.

Yes. The approved pre-production sample is used as a reference for measurements, construction, materials, decoration, labels, and packing during bulk QC.
